Burns & Co, under the careful eye of Company Principal Ashley Burns has grown into the market leader it is today over 13 short years by being aggressive, progressive and providing real solutions for our very diverse client base whilst employing a dedicated, hard working and caring staff.
Currently employing 24 staff, the Burns & Co team includes experienced and efficient sales consultants actively listing and selling property; a busy property management department dealing with both residential and commercial properties; a professional in house marketing team providing all aspects of high quality property marketing including floor plans and quality photography; and of course a very capable team of administration people providing valuable behind the scenes support.
Our services side of the business which includes in house auctions, self storage, removals, garden and maintenance and our trading arm is also well resourced with a staff of 5 ready to help in any of our designated areas.
From humble beginnings in 2001, as a Stockdale & Leggo franchise operating from a tiny 150 sqm office in Deakin Avenue the business grew very, very quickly and soon relocated to larger, more high profiled offices at 107 Eighth Street Mildura in 2003 where it’s been home ever since. In November 2004 the business purchased Brad May Real Estate, a boutique agency with a long standing and loyal customer base which has provided further opportunities for the company.
In mid 2013 we collectively agreed it was time to remove the “shackles of franchise” and make our own way forward, creating our own culture, our own destiny and of course our own brand hence the creation of Burns & Co.
Our main focus always has been and always will be providing excellent Real Estate Services. With this in mind our strategic planning going forward will always have us at the forefront of this service hungry industry and will mean the implementation of the latest technology, the very best marketing strategies and ongoing staff training. Along with sourcing and identifying opportunities for both ourselves and our clients alike which will allow us to continue to “value add” to the traditional real estate transaction.
